You can roll FFFg to a finer grain start with small quanties on craft papaer with a roll with dowel or wooded rolling pin to make the grain as fine as you need.

You can also make Black Powder with 75 parts Potasium Nitrate to 15 parts powdered charcoal to 10 parts powdered sulfer.Of course all mixing is done wet and the contents dryed in alcohol and grain sieved to your choice of size. Recipies availble on the net.
